Rook Coffee Announces Extended Summer Hours For 2019

The Summer announcements just keep coming!

Rook Coffee has just announced that nine of their stores will be extending their hours for the Summer, effective immediately.

“We receive countless requests to stay open just a little bit later for that much-needed evening coffee or cold brew,” said Rook Coffee co-founder, Holly Migliaccio “Our customers have shown such a high demand, that we’re confident we’ll  be making lots of people happy."

The new hours will be 6:00 AM to 7:00 PM, 7 days a week and will effect the Rook Coffee locations in Big Oakhurst, Freehold, Holmdel, Little Oakhurst, Little Silver, Long Branch, Point Pleasant, Red Bank and Wall.

Rook Coffee. 13 hours a day. I like the sound of that.

The three locations not affected by the Summer hours are Colts Neck, Manalapan, and Monmouth Medical Center. The hours for these locations are listed below:

Colts Neck/Manalapan: 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM/ 7 days a week

Monmouth Medical Center: Mon to Fri - 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Sat & Sun - 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

Not to mention, Rook Coffee just announced the return of one of their most popular flavors: Cinnamon Vanilla Style Cold Brew! Nice timing, folks.
