Royal Wedding 101: What Is A Fascinator?

You may be hearing the term fascinator this weekend and have no idea what it means. 

Here's the lowdown.

It's basically an embellished headband that could look like a hat, or ribbon, or any number of things that you wear on your head. In situations that require hat wearing, I am definitely a fan as they are unique in that you can put them on your head without having to live with hat head for the rest of the day.
