Rumors Are True: Trader Joe’s is Coming to Freehold

Matt Ryan was right when he posted a rumor about this over a month ago!

But now it's official: Freehold Township Planning Board last night approved Trader Joe's for Pond Rd. Plaza on Rt. 9 in the building where Walgreens was, next to DSW Shoes and Michaels!

And residents in the area are thrilled. Trader Joe's seems to have somewhat of a cult following and always seems to be at the top of everyone's wish list.

The store should be open by this fall!
