The southern end of the Seaside Heights' boardwalk has officially been given the green light for a redevelopment after the 2013 fire.

In between Dupont and Porter Avenues, there will be a pool complex, modern pavilion, and cabanas available for daily and summer rentals all nearby an outdoor bar! --That's what I'm talking about--

Even better news? All of this is planned to be opening up this Memorial Day!

"We're excited," said Mayor Anthony Vaz of Seaside Heights. "What it's going to do is bring to Seaside Heights an element of an adult, family crowd."

An indoor bar and second-floor terrace is also in the works but that phase won't be ready until Memorial Day of next year.
