When's the most popular time of day to snack? Turns out, it's in the afternoons between noon and 5 pm, which makes perfect sense that we need a little something to hold us over before dinner.

And if you have that secret snack stash, you're not alone. It's actually quite common, with 60% admitting to having one at home.
