Spring Cleaning Brings Fresh Energy To Your Home

Coming home to a clean home is always the best. No dishes in the sink, the laundry folded and put away, and nothing on the floor, but when life gets so busy, it's hard to keep everything so organized.

“Spring cleaning can help boost our mood because it gets us moving. Physical activity releases feel-good chemicals like endorphins, which can increase energy and lift our moods,” said Kia-Rai Prewitt, PhD, a psychologist for the Cleveland Clinic.

Dr. Prewitt went on to say that a messy home can cause stress and anxiety.

Now is a good time, while it's still pretty chilly, to get rid of the stuff you don't need anymore, before the weather gets really nice and you want to spend any free time you have outside!
