If you live in New Jersey, you have it. If you don't have it yet, you'll catch it soon. Stress and New Jersey, perfect together.

We don't have enough time or space to cover everything that causes stress in the Garden State, but there are a few stress creating things that just immediately jump out at me.

Let's start with money. This is an expensive state. Between taxes and cost of living and the general state of things economically, money is on everyone's mind. Getting that sinking feeling when you get near your mailbox is almost a state sport.

Then there's our schedules. I know no one who asks more from themselves or tries to squeeze out more minutes in each day than the residents of New Jersey. We try to do too much too fast and we do it day in and day out and we do it on the weekends too.

And welcome to the traffic capitol of the world. As we try to make our way around to get all those things we need to accomplish on our crazy schedules, we can't get half of them done because we can't get where we're going, or at least we can't get there on time.

So you're stressed at the mailbox, in the car,and on your schedule, that barely leaves you enough time for work, and we all know that that's the place we hide from stress, right? Wrong. Work can be the biggest source of stress on any given day.

So, what's your favorite kind of stress?
