Following expected but undesired state aid cuts to dozens of school districts following Governor Phil Murphy's address on Friday, 10th District Lawmakers are once again making a push to restore funding for several Ocean County schools.

Governor Murphy recently said that the state tax collections for the current fiscal year are running approximately $250-million ahead of projections.

Ocean County 9th District Senator Christopher Connors, Assemblyman Brian Rumpf and Assemblywoman DiAnne Gove have launched an online petition in opposition to school funding cuts proposed by Governor Phil Murphy in his 2020 State Budget proposal.
