The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles are back! If you grew up in the '90s like me, this is kind of a big deal.

Truth be told, I was a Ninja Turtle for Halloween...last year. Just kidding. I think I was Michaelangelo one year though. I had all the action figures, the whole nine. The new turtles look pretty bad ass! Here's what's going down in the new Turtles movie.

The New York City needs heroes. Darkness has settled over NYC as Shredder and his evil Foot Clan have an iron grip on everything from the police to the politicians. The future is grim until four unlikely outcast brothers rise from the sewers and discover their destiny as Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.

The Turtles must work with fearless reporter April O'Neil (played by Megan Fox) and her wise-cracking cameraman Vern Fenwick (Will Arnett) to save the city and unravel Shredder's diabolical plan.

The movie is due out August of this year.
