So it's your turn to host Thanksgiving. Fox News says if you have the proper equipment it'll streamline your food preparation and improve your chances of putting great tasting food on the table. First off, there's the Flavor Injector. If you're worried about a dry turkey, cheat! For 20 bucks or so, you can get a flavor injector that allows you to squeeze butter and herbs in the layer of fat beneath the skin. Secondly, get a thermometer. Dry turkey is one problem, but an undercooked turkey is worse. Have a probe thermometer on hand to be sure the meat on the table is safe. Third, get an electric knife. If you're feeding a big clan, it might feel like you can't cut the turkey fast enough to please everyone. With an electric knife, you'll be plowing through that bird like it's made of butter and your family will be eating in no time. And finally, the Wine Cooler. you can take a lot of pressure off yourself and your cooking by serving lots of good wine. wine coolers look like mini-fridges and they keep bottles at the exact right temperature. Good luck....oh and if you really wanna be on the safe side, have an air mattress on hand with an electric pump built in just in case someone needs to crash for the night!
