Tuckerton, NJ man facing prison time after being caught downloading child porn
A Tuckerton man is sitting in a cell at the Ocean County Jail following his arrest and subsequent charge of Possession of Child Pornography, according to Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley Billhimer.
Jeremy Bradley-Forman, 34, of Tuckerton, has been arrested and charged following an investigation that started when the New Jersey State Police Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force received tips that he was downloading images of child pornography from the internet through his Google Account.
The Ocean County Prosecutor’s Office High Tech Crime Unit was able to identify Bradley-Forman's address and then later him as the one who was downloading child pornography.
Prosecutor Billhimer said that Detectives from the Ocean County Prosecutor’s Office High Tech Crime Unit along with Tuckerton Police executed a court-authorized search warrant on Thursday at Bradley-Forman’s Tuckerton home.
Detectives took a desktop computer that they discovered had a hard-drive with child pornography images on it and there may potentially be more as well after detectives also seized other electronic devices from Bradley-Forman’s home and need to undergo analysis by forensics.
Following the arrest on Thursday of Bradley-Forman, he was processed at Tuckerton Police Department Headquarters, and then brought to the Ocean County Jail where he will remain until his detention hearing.
Prosecutor Billhimer credits the investigation, arrest, and charges on Bradley-Forman to the Ocean County Prosecutor’s Office High Tech Crime Unit, Tuckerton Police Department, United States Department of Homeland Security-Investigations Unit, and New Jersey State Police Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force.
