Two Jersey Shore Schools Earn Major National Award

Out of all of the schools in the United States, only 342 earned the Blue Ribbon Award. Two of them are right here at the Jersey Shore!

The Blue Ribbon Award is handed out by the U.S. Department of Education every year to schools that excel overall. This means high scores for students and teachers. But also community support, involvement, and safety.

Congratulations to Sea Girt Elementary for earning an award this year. Shout out to Principal Mahon and his 141 Patriots!

This award also went to Christian Brothers Academy in Lincroft. The 974 Colts and faculty earned national recognition for their excellence.
