Two Ocean County men rung up on drug charges in Monmouth County

Committing a motor vehicle violation on Route 35 and Sunset Avenue is the least of their worries after two Ocean County men are arrested on drug charges in Monmouth's Ocean Township on Thursday around 9:50 am.

Police say Francis A. Mosco, 48, of Brick and Richard S. Budnicki, 27, of Lanoka Harbor were found in possession of heroin and hypodermic syringes, one of which they allegedly tossed during the investigation.

Both suspects were charged, processed and then released on a criminal summons pending their initial court appearance.
