-- Infrared Sauna: This is total relaxation...and I know because I have spent time in this special sauna and have loved the way it totally takes all my stress away and relaxes me! This sauna even detoxifies your entire body! It's like a regular sauna, but it uses infrared light to heat you directly instead of heating the air around you. This leads to a much more relaxing and comfortable swauna experience. This sauna also uses a lower temperature which is great for those who can't tolerate the heat of a regular sauna. Saunas work to rid your body of toxins while cleansing your skin and increasing circulation. This special sauna has a chromotherapy light (used in hospitals to help manage depression stemming from seasonal affective disorder). A sauna session here will leave you feeling completely rejuvenated. So after dieting and weight loss, fat cells get smaller but the number of them stays the same. And when weight is gained, the fat cells get bigger.
