Well, with an unknown amount of snow along with a wintry mix and some gusty winds barreling to the Jersey Shore Thursday, cancellations, postponements and rescheduling are almost unavoidable.

The Ocean County Health Department announced Wednesday that due to the incoming snow storm, the Ocean County Vaccination Clinic scheduled for Thursday, February 18 at the RWJ-Barnabas Health Arena on the campus of Toms River High School North has been rescheduled for Friday, February 19.

If you have an appointment scheduled for Thursday you MUST come at that same scheduled appointment time on Friday.

"The clinic is just being pushed back a day to Friday and the OCHD will honor everyone’s same appointment time on Friday. We are asking residents to please not show up at the Toms River High School North clinic tomorrow," OCHD Public Information Officer Brian Lippai said in a statement.

The clinic hours on Friday are 9 am – 6:00 pm.

For additional information you can call the OCHD at 732-380-5079 or 833-544-0288 or visit them at www.ochd.org or the OCHD Facebook page.
