Another Workout Wednesday is here, and it's another chance for you to incorporate a little activity into your day!

With the holidays coming up, I've heard lots of people worrying about the thought of too much pumpkin pie going right to their thighs...so with that in mind, let's get to today's workout move: wall sits.

Depending on your fitness level, you may only be able to do the move for 30 seconds or 10 seconds, but as you increase your strength, you'll be able to hold it for longer and longer periods of time. (I find that great music helps me hold it longer!)

If you can do it, try to hold the wall sit for two minutes, and do that a few times throughout the day. You'll be feeling the burn in no time!
