If you STOP CARING about certain things, your life could greatly improve in every aspect!

1. Happy people don't care about age. It's just a number. They don't mentally let it affect them and the things they can or cannot do.

2. Happy people don't care about what others say or think. They stay far away from the opinions of others. They stick with knowing that their very own feelings are what matters.

3. Happy people don't care about their jobs. What, you say?! This mainly means that happy people aren't so attached to their jobs that their career solely defines who they are. AND, they leave work at work. They don't take it home with them!

4. Happy people don't care about fear. They don't let something that hasn't even happened rule their lives. They don't let their thoughts go there.

5. Happy people don't care about the negative state of the world. They instead focus on doing the little nice things that they are able to do each day toward making the world a better place.

6. Happy people don't care about toxic people. They keep the dramatic people and those that would sap them of energy far, far away from their lives, and instead surround themselves with uplifting friends.

7. Happy people don't care about the past or the future. They learn and grow from their past, but leave it in the past. And they don't carry expectations about the future. This way they won't be disappointed. Take it one day at a time.

8. Happy people don't care about expecting anything in return. They don't give to get. They don't even expect a 'thank you'. They give for the sake of giving.

9. Happy people don't care about complaining. They practice gratitude and choose to not see the negative.

10. Happy people don't care about conforming to society's standards. They instead look inside and do what is best for themselves.
