Absolut Mandrin Punch – Absolut Summer Cocktail of the Week

Ah, Friday...what we look forward to all week! And what better way to kick off a summer weekend than with another fresh cocktail of the week?

We've teamed up with Absolut to bring you a Summer on the Rocks! You can still enter to win that trip to see Lady Gaga in Sweden!

Now, let's get to mixing up some Absolut Mandrin Punch!

Ingredients:

• 2 oz. Absolut Mandrin vodka
• 2 oz ginger ale
• 1.5 oz pineapple juice
• lime wheel (to garnish)
• lemon wheel (to garnish)

Combine all ingredients over ice in a tall glass. Garnish with fresh lemon and lime (or some candied ginger!)

Switch it up:

Use more or less vodka, soda, or juice to suit your tastes.
Use orange juice instead of pineapple for a different flavor.
Try Absolut Orient Apple (apple ginger) or Absolut Citron (lemon) instead of Mandrin.
