Two weeks after a heart attack, I'm still getting used to actually eating healthy, and after eating as badly as I was, getting excited about heart healthy foods has been a pretty big challenge.

I like my steak, pizza and burgers, and I hate to admit it, but I love my fast food. And when your taste buds are pointed in that direction, it's hard to get excited about grilled chicken and broccoli. Hey, I consider myself so lucky and I am completely embracing what I need to do here after being given a second chance, I just know that I can't eat chicken for the next 40 years.

I know a lot of people are successfully doing what I need to do, so I know there's some good advice out there. I'm sure my taste buds will adjust and I'm going to embrace my new way of eating. I'm thrilled to have the chance, but if you can share some tips for me in the comments section, I would appreciate it! Thanks!
