But experts are saying it's not just the flu that's making us feel bad. It's also a tough time of year if you suffer from allergies. So what do you do if you are suffering from allergies? Of course, check with your doctor about medications that may relieve your symptoms. According to the article, if it's pet dander that gets you, try to keep the pets out of the bedroom. Easier said than done, right?
