Cranky Co-Worker Day

It's Cranky Co-worker day. This is a day we can all celebrate, right? Who doesn't have at least one cranky co-worker?

When Liz told me about it this morning, I thought about who are resident cranky co-worker is, and I didn't have to look far. Liz readily admits she's the cranky one but it's not her fault, according to her. It's mine.

I'm not cranky, but apparently I help her crankiness grow in her. I water it like a flower. I feed it like a fish. You get the point. I cited four examples of her walking into the building cranky before she even saw me in the past two weeks alone, but that doesn't seem to matter. Still my fault.

I will spend the rest of this week trying to avoid cultivating the cranky. I will do everything I can to make sure the cranky doesn't grow. Maybe you can do the same at your office. Good luck and "Happy" National Cranky Co-Worker Day!.
