I was at a store a few days ago and heard a chorus of sneezes and coughs. I check Facebook and a lot of people are complaining about being sick. I come to work and tissue boxes are everywhere. It happens every year, and every year when it does, I say to myself, " I should have gotten that flu shot." When I first hear about flu shots, my first thought is that I have plenty of time. And that's the last time I think about it until I hear all the sneezing.

So, here I am ducking coughing people, looking at door knobs as if they're the enemy, and washing my hands like there's no tomorrow. Am I the only one who does this? Am I the only one who procrastinates on the flu shot?

I guess it's not too late to get one. I hope not. Flip flops to flu shots. Where does the time go?
