Ahhhhhh Thanksgiving.....the smell of turkey in the oven, Thanksgiving-themed onsies  and my sisters and I sneaking tastes of all the classic Thanksgiving sides my mom is cooking.

But did you know that "classic Thanksgiving sides" vary state by state? Because I didn't.....

Georgia favors mac and cheese. Eh....okay. I get it but I don't necessarily associate it with Thanksgiving.

California favors mashed potatoes. SOLID CHOICE.

Kentucky enjoys....Broccoli Casserole? The disappointment....

But what about the Garden State? Oh you are going to like the results.

New Jersey's favorite Thanksgiving side is......STUFFING! That is the perfect answer as far as I am concerned.

And the beautiful thing is that there is no one way to make stuffing. You can choose which protein, vegetables and spices you put in each time so in a way, there is an infinite amount of stuffings out there.

My goal? TO TRY THEM ALL!

Let me be one of the first to wish you and your loved ones a Happy Thanksgiving! Is it too soon to eat?
