Monmouth and Ocean Counties have reported no major power outages due to our most recent winter storm.

JCP&L reported no major outages in Monmouth County this morning, according to nj.com. The power company says there were also no outages reported in Ocean County due to the storm. The company serves over 500,000 customers in the two counties.

The snowfall totals were much less than originally feared since the storm formed further off the coast than anticipated. Many Monmouth and Ocean County residents woke up to find less than 6 inches of accumulations. Get Dan Zarrow's latest forecast for the rest of the week.
