Report Says Jersey Shore Beaches Are In Best Shape Since Sandy
The replenishment project undertaken after Superstorm Sandy is showing positive results as we head into the unofficial start of summer 2014.
According to an article at nj1015.com, the Jersey Shore beaches are "in their best shape in years." In addition to the replenishment project along the Jersey Shore, experts say those recent winter storms managed to avoid any major damage.
There is much to be done, of course, and beach replenishment projects will continue in both Ocean county, as well as Cape May county in the fall and winter, according to the report.
