You're invited to an afternoon and evening of entertainment to help with hurricane relief in the southern monmouth county area.

Rockin' For Relief is being presented by the Manaquan Elks this Saturday, January 12th, from 4 pm - 11 pm at the Manasquan Elks Club on the corner of Stockton Lake Blvd. and Rt. 71 in Manasquan.

Proceeds will benefit the VIC (Victory In Crisis) Fund and will be distributed to families in need in Manasquan, Brielle, Sea Girt, Spring Lake Heights, Spring Lake, Lake Como, Belmar, and Avon. A guidance counselor from each school will sit on the committee to assist in distributing the donations.

As of January 1st, the VIC Fund has distributed checks totaling over $80,000 to sending district families to help them recover from the devastation left by Superstorm Sandy.

So come on out and support the cause, while enjoying live music from the Glimmer Grass Band, Los Gringos, Dawgface, The Other Band, and Myers Bros. and Co.

Tickets are $25 and include 2 drinks and buffet.There will also be a Firehouse Wheel and a true 50/50.
