It doesn't matter how hard you try. It doesn't matter how much will power you have. Summer is a tough time to stick to a diet.

 Everywhere you turn, there's a burger or a hot dog or some steak that is irresistable. I mean, how many times can you eat chicken, or grilled vegetables, or fruit. My biggest problem is that, deep down I don't want to pass up on any of this food. I want the burger, the hot dog and/or the steak.

At this point I want to delay the diet until the summer, Halloween and Christmas are over. Then I can really concentrate on it !
