How to Send Christmas Cards to Military 2015

UPDATE (12/2/15): The deadline to send cards for this year has passed. Please visit the Red Cross's website for other ways you can help the military at this time of year.

Again this year you may see a Facebook post advising you to send holiday cards to "Any Wounded Soldier" at Walter Reed Hospital...unfortunately that information is outdated.

The good news is, there IS a way to send some holiday cheer to our nation's veterans and active duty members of the armed forces.

There's still a Facebook post going around claiming you can send wounded soldiers holiday cards by addressing your letters to 'Any wounded soldier' at Walter Reed Hospital.

That's still not true, but there IS a way to get holiday cards to the men and women who have served our country (or are still fighting.)

Quite like those meaningless Facebook copyright protection statuses, many have popped up claiming an address where you can send holiday mail to wounded soldiers.
