Like a lot of people, I'd be pretty stoked if I caught a foul ball at a baseball game, or if, even better, a player threw me a dead ball.

I would NEVER, though, blatantly steal said ball out of the hands of a little kid. Apparently not everyone feels the same way.

Watch as this woman does just that when Diamondbacks player Juan Miranda tosses a ball towards the stands.

Luckily, you hear the announcers say the stadium crew brought the little girl a ball, but still, it's just unbelievable that this woman not only steals the ball, but then high-fives the people around her in celebration!

I understand that in that situation, everyone gets caught up in the excitement of things, but come on!

Would it be cool to catch a ball? Yes. But in 6 months it will probably sit dusty on the back of a bookshelf, completely forgotten. Meanwhile, that little girl will probably remember this incident for much longer.

So tell me, ma'am. Was it worth it?

(Note: This incident actually happened in 2011, but is just now making the rounds, with one version of the video garnering more than 1.6 million views.)
