A 29-year old Freehold man lost his life suddenly, and now his family is doing everything they can to make sure this doesn't happen to someone else.

The Patrick Ring Foundation is holding its second annual March on Epilepsy 5K and 1 mile Fun walk this Sunday, Oct. 18th, in Colts Neck. The event takes place at Bucks Mill Recreation Area this Sunday morning. Check-in begins at 7:30 am. The 5K is at 9 am, the one-mile fun walk is at 10 am.

The mission of the Patrick Ring Foundation, a non-profit organization, is dedicated to spreading the awareness of Epilepsy & SUDEP (Sudden Unexpected Death in Epilepsy.) The funds raised will help The Patrick Ring Foundation in achieving their goal of supporting Epilepsy Service Dog Programs, supporting organizations that provide assistance to people with Epilepsy and getting Epilepsy and SUDEP (Sudden Unexpected Death in Epilepsy) the attention they deserve.
