One of the best days of the year, when the sun stays out just a little longer and spring feels like it's within our grasp.

It's the beginning of Daylight Saving Time, and it's coming up!

This Sunday, March 9, 2014, we'll 'spring forward' at 2 a.m. Yes, 1:59 a.m. goes to 3 a.m., bar goers stay out way later then they planned, and overnight workers aren't exactly sure how to fill out their time sheets.

Sure, the rest of us will lose an hour of sleep in the process, but whatever, SUNLIGHT! If you want to make the change feel less drastic, start going to bed 15 minutes later each night for the rest of the week, and by the weekend, you'll be all set!

Just change whatever clock doesn't do it automatically before you go to bed Saturday night, okay?
