$1 Million Powerball Ticket Sold in Monmouth County
Monmouth County has another millionaire. If you purchased a ticket for Saturday's drawing, check those numbers!
Two people matched 6, 13, 16, 17, and 52, but failed to pick the Powerball number which would have gotten them $229 million. A cool mil is nothing to scoff at, though! NJ Lottery officials say one of the tickets was sold in Texas, but the other was bought at American Way Food Store on Route 35 in Oakhurst.
The odds of matching all five numbers, minus the Powerball is about 11,688,053 to 1.
