Looking for a way to cool off this week?   Grab a blanket, some snacks, some friends, or make some new ones... the Sandy Hook Free Beach Concert Series kicks off this week on Wednesday night as Brian Kirk and The Jirks hit the beach at 6 pm on Beach E.
