A lot of gatherings and major Jersey Shore events have been canceled or postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. We are sad too.

However, we do still have some events to look forward to.

We just recently found out that 4th of July fireworks will be happening in Toms River at Shelter Cove and they are not the only ones.

Below you will find a Jersey Shore town-by-town guide of who is and is not hosting 4th of July fireworks in 2020.

Barnegat - CANCELED

Beachwood - POSTPONED until September 5th.

Harvey Cedars - CANCELED

This includes their Craft Day by the Bay and all other events that were scheduled to take place in July.

Lakehurst - CANCELED

Lakewood - CANCELED

Lavallette - Patriotic Bike Parade is ON

There is not word on fireworks but there WILL BE a Patriotic Bike Parade happening between 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM on the 4th of July. The fun will start at Philadelphia Ave & Oceanfront.

Ocean Gate - Parade is ON

On the 4th of July, there will be a 4th of July Parade that will kick off at 10:00 AM outside of Adrian Hall and continue to Wildwood Avenue beachfront. For additional information and announcements, keep an eye on the township's Facebook Page.

Toms River - Fireworks are ON

We already told you about this on our website but here it is again! From 9:00 PM to 10:00 PM on the 4th of July, there will be a gorgeous fireworks display. But get there early because the event has a 500 person max.

Tuckerton - Fireworks and more is ON

Between 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM on the 4th of July, Tuckerton Seaport located at 120 West Main Street will have fireworks, food trucks, brews and more! Sounds like quite the celebration is planned.

Announcements seem to be going live everyday here at the Jersey Shore when it comes to events and what not.
