High school football season is here, which means high school marching band season is here too!

Marching bands provide the soundtrack for the game under the Friday night lights and we want to celebrate those bands.

Not only do we want to celebrate them, we want to hook up one lucky band with $1,000.

Nominate your favorite local high school band below.

We will take the top schools with the most nominations and put them in the running for that $1,000 prize brought to you by Monmouth University. Named one of U-S News & World Report's BEST Colleges.

Nominations close September 29th. Voting will begin on September 30th.
