A Major Attraction is Coming to Pier Village in Long Branch

There's a $283 million expansion happening at Pier Village in Long Branch, and one of the attractions is going to be very cool.

You may have noticed a circular pavilion at Pier Village recently. Soon you will find a carousel with 42 wooden figurines.

Extell Development is resposible for the massive additions coming to Pier Village and they told APP that the carousel will feature hand-carved classic horses along with aquatic-themed animals, and the facility itself will have an aquarium theme.

The coolest part is that the carousel will be inclosed in glass, so it can be operational year-round.

Since Seaside will be missing its carousel, you can get your fix in Long Branch!

Extell says the carousel could be ready to ride by late summer.
