Parade shared the list of the most affordable supermarkets in a recent article, and you just may think you know where the best deals can be found in New Jersey, but a recent ranking has some surprises in store.

After analyzing prices at more than 2-thousand stores in 136 supermarket chains, they found Target is the cheapest in 15 states, the highest number of any chain.

Target just snagged the top spot as America’s most affordable grocery store in more states than any other chain, according to a study from NetCredit.

I love a good Target run, but it's not the cheapest grocery chain here in New Jersey, so what's the most affordable supermarket in the Garden State?
