American Idol’s Ace Young Stars in Jersey Shore Production

Axelrod Performing Arts Center in Deal presents Elton John & Tim Rice's AIDA, running May 31st through June 16th. This amazing show ran on Broadway for four years and brought home four Tony Awards in 2000. This latest production by Axelrod (APAC) is directed and choreographed by Broadway performer and choreographer Luis Salgado ("In The Heights" and "On Your Feet!")

Ace Young, the Grammy-nominated songwriter and singer who wowed millions on American Idol, stars in the leading role of Radames and is thrilled to be making his Jersey Shore debut with AIDA! He has been deep in rehearsals in NYC for weeks!

In addition to his pop career, Ace has appeared on Broadway in recent revivals of Hair and Grease, and toured the country in the title role of Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dream Coat.
