Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza Opens in Marlboro

You may have eaten at Anthony's Coal Fired Pizza before. They have already setup show in Middlesex, Bergen, Essex, and Passaic counties. Now they're cuisine is available in Monmouth County at their new Marlboro location.

At first I thought, wow, another pizza joint. But. coal fired pizza is a different story. It has to be just right. While I haven't eaten at Anthony's...yet, they certainly have a good reputation. One of their biggest fans is Dan Marino. The NFL legend is a partner in the restaurant. He even has an eggplant dish named after him.
