According to a press release from the NJ Attorney General's Office, ABC said that Porta served alcohol to underage people on two occasions in the summer of 2012. Two undercover investigations resulted in the charges against Porta. On June 9, 2012, the investigators arrested two 20-year-old women for consuming alcohol underage. A month later, investigators made another arrest at Porta of a 20-year-old woman.

If found guilty, Porta could lose its liquor license for 60 days.
