It's that time of year again!
As much as I wish summer could last forever, it's almost time for the kids to head back to school.

In fact, a new survey shows that the overwhelming majority of parents say fixing sleep schedules is the hardest summer habit to reset, and I totally agree!

It's hard to get back on schedule.

Parents Share Sleep Struggles With School Year Just Around The Corner
A poll of 1,000 parents of 4-12-year-olds revealed that their child simply resists an earlier bedtime (49%), and too much screen time before bed (38%) were just two of the main reasons.
I remember when I was younger, I had a friend who started going to bed earlier about a week before school started to get back in the routine, and I used to think that was crazy!
I wanted to stay up as late as I possibly could until the very last day.
I definitely paid for it...I was exhausted during the first half of the school day for a couple of weeks until I could get used to the early schedule again.
It may take a little time to get back in the habit of going to bed early, but just know if this is a struggle in your household, you're certainly not alone!
