William P. Davis, 46, and Jeanne Walpole, 51, who were the targets of this particular investigation were arrested and have been charged with a total of 8 narcotic related offenses with 6 of them being indictable crimes.

Davis and Walpole each face 2 counts of intent to distribute a controlled dangerous substance, specifically heroin and crack cocaine, distribution of a controlled dangerous substance in a school zone, specifically heroin and crack cocaine and possession of a controlled dangerous substance, specifically heroin and crack cocaine.

They also face charges for disorderly person offenses of possession of marijuana under 50 grams and possession of drug paraphernalia, specifically pipes, packaging materials and ledgers.
