This spring has been an especially rough allergy season for many New Jersey residents, myself included.
The brutal winter we all had to endure is a contributing factor to the harsh allergy season we are experiencing, and so are the days when we experience warm temperatures.
But for New Jersey residents suffering this allergy season, the why is less important than the when. As in, when will the allergy suffering end?
When Will The Pollen Counts Go Down In New Jersey?
We look to the pollen levels to understand what kind of allergy suffering we can expect each day, and in the immediate future, there is little relief for the Garden State.
The pollen count throughout most of the state is expected to be in the "medium-high" to "high" range for the next four days.
There may be some relief on Monday, when the levels drop to a more tolerable "medium level", and many allergy sufferers will breathe a sigh of relief at that news.
When Will Allergy Season End In New Jersey This Year?
But does that drop in the pollen level signal a temporary or permanent end to the allergy season?

The grass pollen is the biggest culprit for allergy sufferers in our area, and the experts at Accuweather have some bad news if grass pollen affects you. High grass pollen levels are expected to dominate June in many parts of the state.
There are plenty of ways you can help yourself during allergy season, including changing all the air filters in your home and staying indoors when pollen levels become too high.
