Hint: It's in Ocean County.

This picture was taken Wednesday of the Toms River from a perspective you don't always get to see.

From the plane you can see the Toms River going right through the middle from left to right.

Barnegat Bay also looks to be iced over on the right hand side.

Looks beautiful from above, but not so much when you're stuck on land slipping, shoveling, freezing, or trying to drive around in this arctic freeze!
