Major Change To New Jersey Chick-fil-A Menus: Have You Noticed The Difference?
New Jerseyans can't get enough of Chick-fil-A.
It's always packed!
Drive past any location and you'll see lines wrapped around the parking lot, sometimes even spilling out onto the main road.

Their chicken sandwiches, nuggets, milkshakes, and of course, their popular waffle fries are all sooooo good!
Despite the crowds, the wait is usually super quick.
You're back on your way in no time!
Everyone who works there is always so friendly and the service is incredible.
But one thing loyal Chick-fil-A fans have noticed recently is that the waffle fries taste a little different and they're wondering if the popular fast food chain changed their recipe.

Is there a new recipe for Chick-fil-A Waffle Potato Fries?
I'm here to tell you, you're not going crazy.
It turns out, Chick-fil-A did change their waffle fries recipe.
A big change was made to help make the fries stay crispier for a longer period of time.
The fries now contain a special coating, which they explain in a statement on their website.
Food safety and quality are our top priorities, and we take great care in adhering to stringent food safety procedures. While the new recipe doesn’t contain any of the nine major allergens, the new Waffle Potato Fries coating does contain pea starch.
I haven't heard any news about them changing the recipe back to the original, so it looks like this new recipe is here to stay.
