It’s football season and you already know I am into it! With football comes beer and chicken wings! Being on the Ketogenic Diet, I have had to make some adjustments in the beer I drink and how I cook my food, but I assure you that subbing out a few things has made some serious flavor explosions that I would have never even thought of doing on a regular diet. Like take for instance, making buffalo coconut chicken wings using coconut flour and cooking in coconut oil then coating with a mixture of melted butter and buffalo sauce. YUM!! You can also sub out regular flour with ground up pork rinds and use olive oil to cool them in!! The substitutions are yummy!! Try it out!! Serve with fresh melted bleu cheese or a keto friendly blue cheese or ranch dressing!
