We all knew Christmas would get here in record speed, and it hasn't disappointed. There are only a few shopping days until Christmas.

Between Black Friday and Cyber Monday and all the shopping opportunities since, we've certainly had our chances to get it done. But it never fails that life gets in the way and the undone shopping, planning and wrapping cause a ton of Christmas stress.

So we did a little research to share some expert advice on how to ease your stress load this season. Here are some examples of what the people at  sheknows.com have to say.

Don't spread yourself too thin. There are a million parties, all the planning, all the shopping and all the other things that come with this time of year, and experts say to try to look at the overall picture of your schedule and try to go easy on yourself the day after an important party that may run late int the night.

Don't skip the workout. With all the extra stuff packed into your schedule, it would be understandable to skip a workout or two, but experts say don't skip them, just make them shorter. it'll keep you fit and even a little less stressed.\

Don't let disagreements erupt. The experts say this time of year is a prime time for any disagreements that have been brewing all year to come to the surface. Their best advice?  Try to be a better listener.

Here's my problem with the whole "be a better listener" thing. Is it just me or has it also crossed your mind too that if the other person was a better listener in the first place, this wouldn't have been simmering all year, right? Just sayin.
