During the holiday break, the Monmouth County SPCA had to close for 25 days because of an outbreak of the Canine Influenza. The facility has reopened but the MCSPCA needs your help! 🐕😷
We spoke with Ross Licitra, Chief of Humane Law Enforcement & Executive Director he of tMCSPCA to learn about how this closure affected facility fundraising, adoptions and what you can do to help. 💖
