Freehold man handcuffed and charged with possessing child porn
A Freehold Township man has been arrested on the charge of possessing child pornography, announced Monmouth County Prosecutor Chris Gramiccioni.
John Ozbilgen, 29, was arrested at his home today and charged with one count of third degree Endangering the Welfare of a Child, Possession of Child Pornography.
If convicted of this third degree crime, Ozbilgen faces a sentence of up to five years in a New Jersey state prison.
Ozbilgen is currently being detained in the Monmouth County Correctional Institution in Freehold Township pending a detention hearing to be scheduled next week in Superior Court.
The case is assigned to Monmouth County Assistant Prosecutors Caitlin Sidley and Emily Cartmell.
