They may not be delivering on the field the way fans had hoped this season, but a group of New York Giants players helped deliver when it mattered most.

Several New York Giants, including Rashad Jennings, Quintin Demps and Victor Hampton helped to unload a shipment of frozen turkeys that were headed to the Community FoodBank of New Jersey, according to nj.com.

The Community FoodBank of New Jersey is the largest food bank in the state, and according to the article, the food will be sent to pantries, shelters and soup kitchens throughout New Jersey.

We may be disappointed in the Giants record on the field this year, but their record for helping charities in our area is awesome. Good for the players for lending a helping hand and getting the word out about the need for food donations to help our neighbors.
